Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
Yes, we have reviewed a lot of great Scosche products throughout the years, and they range from chargers, accessories, to just about anything. I’m always glad to get a hold of anything that they are willing to send me, and they sent me quite a lot this time around.
Our Review of the SCOVAC 4-in-1 High Power Mini Vacuum and Duster with 8 Accessories
All right, I’m going to start with a product that I didn’t think Scosche made, which is a High Power Mini Vacuum and Duster, the SCOVAC 4-in-1. I will have to say that this product really sucks, and it also really blows.
Oh my gosh, I swear that I had to make that joke. Now, you can see in the video how I take it out, and it comes with a case for the gun-shaped vacuum itself. It also comes with a nice bag made for the accessories, and they are many of them.
As far as the vacuum part goes, I am told it has 12,000 Pa of suction. Just to let you know, Pa stands for Pascals, and the higher the Pascals, the better the suction. You can see all the attachments so you can have some really precise suction, like in very narrow spaces, for example. Now, I showed off the sucking vacuum power, but I didn’t really show off the blowing power, but it can inflate and deflate.
The actual gun-shaped charger is pretty lightweight, and it weights about 0.85 lbs. As for the power, it has 20W 12V Car Charger with a USB-C charging cable, and it can run about 32 minutes on Eco mode and 16 minutes in Turbo mode.
You should be able to purchase it on the Scosche site for about $79.99.
Our Review of the Scosche MagicMount Charge Pro Home/Office
All right, I will have to say that this next Scosche product is made for the home or the office, or even the car. Basically, it is a really cool stand that you can put on a desk or dashboard, and there is a kind of suction cup that keeps it affixed.
There is a magnetic mount, and if you have a Qii 2 or MagSafe enabled device, it will lock on there. The circular part is adjustable so you can lean it back at an angle, or you can spin it around. You can also swivel your mobile device on the magnetic part as well. I did my best to try and demonstrate that on the video if you want to see that in motion.
If you want this, head on over to the Scosche website and lay down $69.99 for it.
Our Review of the Scosche MagicMount Elite2 Dash
So, as I said in the video, the MagicMount Elite 2 is very different from the Charge Pro. While that Charge Pro is made for the home and office, the Elite2 is definitely made for the car.
Yes, this is not a charger, but you can put a charging cable on your phone. Then you can put your phone on the Elite 2, because it can hold MagSafe and other MagicRing stuff. Oh, there is some 3M adhesive to stick it on the dash.
You should be able to purchase this on the Scosche site for about $39.99.
Our Review of the Scosche WatchIt Keychain
Hey, WatchIt! Yes, this is a Magnetic Fast Charger Keychain for the Apple Watch, and yes, I didn’t really have a chance to unbox it or demonstrate it.
Can you blame me? I don’t have an Apple Watch. One day, I will have all the stuff so I can test all the other stuff! Well, you can connect this thing to some kind of power source with the USB-C, and it will charge the Watch Series 7 to about 80 percent in about one hour.
So, if you want to get it, it is available on the Scosche site for about $34.99.
Facts About The Company
Like I said before, we have reviewed Scosche products before, and the last time was before I changed the format of my articles to include facts about the company. The company has a goal to “produce cutting edge, innovative accessories at a competitive price”.
I first caught notice of them at a tech conference quite a while ago, but they actually “came to life” in 1980. They make all kinds of tech products made for consumers, and this is what I’ve seen so far.
What Does This Company Make?
So, this what I’ve seen: the Scosche Magic Mount ProCharge Dash/Vent Magnetic Wireless Charging Mount and the PowerVolt Travel 30. Then there is the Scosche Compact 10K mAh Dual-Port Power Bank, or the GoBat 10K.
Then there is the MagicMount Pro Extendo, GoBAT MS 5K, with the Thudbuds TW Earbuds. And then there was the USB-C Fast Charger PowerVolt PD20, USB-C Fast Charger PowerVolt PD60, and Magic Mount Window/Dash Mount Kit for MagSage Charger.
Oh yes, there was The Rhythm Plus 2.0 and NEXC2 DashCam and the Scosche BaseLynx, MagicGrip, and much more!
I’ve figured that is enough cut and pasting of old links from articles that I’ve written, and I’m sure I’ll put those on articles about Scosche that will be done in the future. In fact, I just cut and pasted this here from my last article, which was the Powervolt PD35.
Then we reviewed the BoomBottle MS, just last summer. Then, here’s our review of the Scosche Magicmount Base MS + Strikeline HH Charging Cable Review!
There’s these products that I reviewed too: Scosche Three-Part Review: MagicMount Charge Elite Window Dash, PowerVolt PD65 Dual-Port Wall Charger, and MagicMount Flask
Just the Specs, Man
If you’re the type that needs this info, this section is for you!
There doesn’t seem to be any spec sheets on the website, so I’m going to leave this blank for now.
If there is something on this that I didn’t cover, please let me know.
Okay, Get To The Unboxing Already!
Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?
Well, as far as the car mount is concerned, there are many to choose from. There is the Mophie one that I reviewed last May. There is also the iOttie one I reviewed last March.
I don’t really review a lot of small vacuums, so I don’t have anything to compare it to.
